Can the adventurer cut the rope?

1. His sword is useless against the magic in the rope. Perhaps there is a blade with more magic.
2. If you could dispel the magic in the rope, he could probably cut the rope with his sword.

How can I use magic to open the box?

1. You can't use REZROV because the magic of the rope is stronger.
2. You might use KULCAD (if you have it) to dispel its magic. Then you could open it easily.
